could be, because my cousin examined it and said it was a patch of "發毛", could be due to high humidity. anyway, my cousin, cousin-in-law, my aunt and uncle, my almost one year old nephew, my brother and my parents were all happy to see the board and kept taking photos with it. then we went off for afternoon tea without touring around the exhibitions and shows. hahahaha.
